I did a debate in 2013 with Professor Ricardo Duschene, printed a book called “The Uniqueness of Western Civilization” which took 10 years to write. He came to Canada from Puerto Rico back in the 1970s and became professor of sociology and world history and is a big fan of western civilization…also makes the shocking claim that almost all the professors on campuses are leftists and Marxists.

If you are serious, I recommend you tube Karl Lentz start with 1-50.
All courts are common law as per constitution and the constitution of your state, see state constitution. A “Court” house is only a place for your “COURT”. I advise that you study diligently jurisdiction as well as etymology before jumping in. If you do not understand the simplicity you will be trapped by the “judge” and end up in his jurisdiction.
