I suppose what got my attention the most, was the word you used, – “WORD”.
I am going to be starting off on this written journey in the most peculiar of ways.
I will be using some unusual techniques to help anyone reading this to understand, what up to the end of this writing, would have had a reader doing a “psychological disconnect” due to the amount of deception we have all been going thru.
We have all been seriously lied to. (Clarification, “all”, includes me.)
We have “all” been deliberately dumbed down by “Public Education”
The joke that we call, “The Media” is complicit in the whole matter along with “Hollywood”, and without their carrying on where the empty Education system left off, the entire ruse would not be as efficient or effective.
“Church’s” are just as deceived, and more so in many areas.

People make all sorts of “Claims” in this life.
Some “Claim” to be educated. A lot “Claim” to be writers. Others “Claim” to be Human.
I “Claim” neither of those three.
I “Claim” to be no such Person.
One need to just look at my misuse of “Quotation” marks to add substance to my “Claim”.
Many Christians claim to be saved.
The interesting thing is, most never “Substantiate” their Claim. Where’s the proof?
I’ll use myself as a rather poor example. I’ll make some unusual “Claims”.
To start with, I am, according to the “WORD”, a “teacher”. (Proofs to follow)

I lay ‘Claim’ to this. (Qualifications of “Office” to follow, thus resulting in “Substantiated Claim”)
How you might ask?
I’ll do so by giving whoever is reading this, a “Bible Study”, by showing, and thus teaching them how to get out of paying a “ticket”. Let’s make one up. “Failure to wear a seat belt”.
(Robert, I will at some other time, be asking you if your left eyebrow went approx. ¼ to ½ of an inch in a Heavenly direction upon reading the above sentence. Mine would have.)

What does that have to do with Roberts’ essay?
Like I said, it was the upper case “WORD”.
First a back story-
The sponsorship scandal, “AdScam” or Sponsorgate, is a scandal that came as a result of a Canadian federal government “sponsorship program” in the province of Quebec and involving the Liberal Party of Canada, which was in power from 1993 to 2006. The program was originally established as an effort to raise awareness of the Government of Canada’s contributions to Quebec industries and other activities in order to counter the actions of the Parti Québécois government of the province that worked to promote Quebec independence.
The program ran from 1996 until 2004, when broad corruption was discovered in its operations and the program was discontinued. Illicit and even illegal activities within the administration of the program were revealed, involving misuse and misdirection of public funds intended for government advertising in Quebec. Such misdirections included sponsorship money awarded to ad firms in return for little or no work, which firms maintained Liberal organizers or fundraisers on their payrolls or donated back part of the money to the Liberal Party. The resulting investigations and scandal affected the Liberal Party of Canada and the then-government of Prime Minister Paul Martin. It was an ongoing affair for years, but rose to national prominence in early 2004 after the program was examined by Sheila Fraser, the federal auditor general. Her revelations led to the Martin government establishing the Gomery Commission to conduct a public inquiry and file a report on the matter. The official title of this inquiry was the Commission of Inquiry into the Sponsorship Program and Advertising Activities. In the end the Commission concluded that $2 million was awarded in contracts without a proper bidding process, $250,000 was added to one contract price for no additional work, and $1.5 million was awarded for work that was never done, of which $1 million had to be repaid. The overall operating cost of the Commission was $14 million.
Now how did they get away with it?
No Jail. No accountability. No Performance of Contract?
Easy. One word ….
“Capacity”
A “Claim” was made that while in the “Office of Minister”, he was ‘Acting’ in the best interest of that office in that “Capacity”, and when ‘Operating’ in the “Capacity” of CEO of the other entity known as a “Corporation”, the same applied. Best interests of both were done while in either “Capacity”.
Now let’s continue with our “Bible Study”
When you are pulled over for ‘whatever’, be as nice as pie to the “Officer”. He may out rank you.
When he asks you for the Government owned property called a “Drivers Licence”, hand it over.
When he hands it back to you, along with a “Summons to Appear in Court”, take it.
Whatever you do, do not be a good “Citizen”.
If asked to sign a “Receipt” in “Exchange” for it, do so, BUT write “Under Duress” near your normal signature. There is nothing he can do about it. It’s your right to do so.
Should it be an issue, just tell him due to some “Legal Matters” you are involved in with another matter, you are “Compelled” to write that. Tell him you don’t fully understand ‘the why’. Roll your eyes, shrug your shoulders, play your part.
Your battle is not with the “Officer”.
Your battle is not with the “Judge”.
Your battle is with the “Accuser”.
The reason that the “Officer” is not the one to do battle with, other than the obvious, is that His signature is usually within a small box. In the mind of a Lawyer, this means that it is ‘outside’ of the document, due to the box it is within.
The one who brought the “Claim” of you committing a wrong is the “Clown” with whom you are going to go to war with.

Up here in The NATION OF CANADA (Not to be confused with The Country of Canada) our “Clown” would “Appear” in Court to be “Acting “as “THE CROWN”.
Down in Roberts’s neck of the woods, once upon a time known as The United States of America, but now known as “THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA”, his “Clown” would “Appear” in Court as “THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY”. (Read DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. I.e. Foreign Soil)
In order for The “Judge” to “Appear” in Court for his “Performance”, he must be in “Costume” in order to ‘claim’ “Jurisdiction”.
Should he/she at any time say something like, “oh my, it’s hot in here”, and remove any part of the costume, you should perhaps ask him/her if what they did … changes any jurisdictions.
They can be very slippery that way. They have much greater “Acting” Capacities than you would think.
Judges
Judicial robes have always exhibited variety depending on the status of the judge, the type of court and other considerations. In addition to robes, judges have generally worn a short bench wig when working in court (reserving the long wig for ceremonial occasions) and a wing collar and bands at the neck.
All judges in criminal cases continue to wear these traditional forms of dress, which are described in more detail below. Judges in civil and family cases, however, have since 2008 worn a new design of working robe with no wig, collar or bands; this plain, dark, zipped gown (of ‘midnight blue gabardine with facings in navy blue velvet’) is worn over an ordinary business suit and tie. The status of the wearer is indicated by a pair of different colored tabs below the collar: Appeal Court judges wear gold tabs, High Court judges wear red tabs, Masters of the High Court wear pink, and District judges wear blue. It was originally envisaged that Circuit judges sitting in the High Court would likewise adopt the new-style robe (with purple tabs) but they opted to retain their violet robe (as worn in the County Court).[6]
On special ceremonial occasions (such as the opening of the legal year) more elaborate forms of traditional dress are worn, by civil and criminal judges alike.

Now if you end up in ‘The Big Top’ called a Court, complete with dancing Bears, Clowns, Jugglers and some guy in a black dress , complete with a wig, well, you let your so called “Violation of Statutes, Acts and/or Codes” get too far.
They did give you time to “Respond” to the “claim” made against you by the “Accusor”, you know.
Next time send the “Accuser” a Notary Public stamped Registered Letter with a “Claim” of your own as soon as you are “In Receipt” of his (The Ticket).
After the “Clown” doesn’t respond to it within the 10 day period YOU gave him, enter it into the “Court Record” as an “Affidavit”. (Statement of unrebutted truth in this case)
Tell them you want a receipt/ certified copy back.
Because he can’t respond to yours, due to the pesky matter of him having to sign his name to the admission of Fraud, you have now done what is called “Defaulting” him.
You see, by not denying something, you accept it as fact. You are agreeing to it by “Default”.
In these matters, time is a sensitive thing.
My letter would read something like this,

It should be noted that I signed your Receipt for the Ticket “Under Duress”, as there was a very real threat present at the time of this Event concerning my Freedom and safety, as well as a Harm coming to my Truck in which I own 100% of the Equity.
It is Under Duress that I have a Drivers Licence in my pocket in the first place, as I would be harmed if I didn’t while freely traveling.

THE COMMERCIAL LIEN RIGHT
GOVERNMENT:
CLR-G1: The government has a potential commercial lien right to collect/levy taxes from the citizen for specific performance (services) rendered by the government for the citizen.
CLR-G2: When the taxes are not paid by the citizen, then the citizen is in breach of contract and the government has a lien right against the citizen.
CLR-G3: When the citizen intentionally evades the payment of taxes, then the government’s lien right extends to the right of the government to seize the citizen’s personal property to pay the taxes.
Pursuant to the Labor Maxim, the Equal Protection Maxim, and the Contract Maxim, there exists a reciprocal statement of the citizen’s commercial lien right.
So where oh where is the knowingly entered into “Binding Contract” that “Compels Performance” for me to “Act” in any governmental “Capacity”? And just when did this “Event” occur?
I’m definitely starting to think that someone has committed a Fraud. Not so much against “My Person” (whoever that is), but against me. Something is amiss.

Note: Someone is going to arrive in a certain CAPACITY and appears to be preventing entrance to something. Keep in mind that the above was written under the “Jurisdiction” of the NEW Testament.

Those are the only 2 places that the word FRAUD appears in the King James Bible and both have a JUDGE show up at the end.
Interestingly, on the very last page of The OLD Testament, the following appears,

18 For if the inheritance be of the law, it is no more of promise: but God gave it to Abraham by promise.
19 Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator.
20 Now a mediator is not a mediator of one, but God is one.
21 Is the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law.
22 But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.
23 But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed.
24 Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.
25 But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.
26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.
27 For as many of you as have been BAPTIZED INTO Christ have put on Christ.
28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
29 And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.
