In 2,000 Year First, Christians Publicly Rally in Jerusalem in Support of Jewish Sovereignty Over Temple Mount

A crucial war is being waged over the Temple Mount and standing on the front line, allied with Israel and the nation of Israel, is Cry For Zion, a movement of Christian Zionists from all over the world who recently united in support of Jewish sovereignty over the Temple Mount.

On October 1, during the Jewish holiday of Sukkot (Tabernacles), the organization held a demonstration at UN headquarters in Jerusalem overlooking Mount Zion. According to Cry for Zion, this was the first time in 2,000 years since Christians have publicly demonstrated in support of Jewish rights to the holy site.

Amidst international pressure to maintain the status quo on the Temple Mount, Cry for Zion is literally crying out to change it. The status quo, maintained since Israel re-conquered the Temple Mount and unified Jerusalem in 1967, grants authority over the holiest site in Judaism to the Muslim Waqf. Jews and Christians are permitted to visit the site but they are entirely forbidden from praying or displaying any religious symbols. Jews may not eat or drink on the Temple Mount since this would require them to say a blessing, which the Waqf guard forbids.

These religious restrictions are strictly enforced by the Israeli Police in an unsuccessful attempt to reduce Arab violence on the site, despite an Israeli Magistrate Court ruling and the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which calls for freedom of religion.

Christians from countries all over the world came to show their support for Israel and the Jewish people. Lars Enarson, a Christian leader from Sweden and Cry For Zion co-founder, told those gathered, “Neither the UN in New York, nor the International Law centers of the Hague have any right to claim the role that belongs to Jerusalem and the Temple Mount. ‘For out of Zion shall go the law, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem’ (Isaiah 2:3–4).”

(OUT OF SION, Hebrews 12. RP)

Such an unequivocal display of support for the Jew’s right to the site of their two Temples could not go uncontested. Muslim hecklers nearby and workers at the UN began chanting “Allahu Akbar”, with rally participants responding by resoundingly crying out the words of 1 Kings 18:39, “The Lord, He is God! the Lord, He is God!” and “Shema Israel!”

(And this God Has no Only Begotten SON, Jesus Christ the Savior. BUT is Shems Sham of Shame. RP)

The Cry for Zion rally continued to show their support for the Jewish nation by marching in the annual Jerusalem March, but it is a sadly poignant sign of the times that the Jerusalem Municipality did not allow them to display their banner which read, “For Jewish Freedom on the Temple Mount”. It is, however, reassuring to note that until they furled their banner, it received cheers and accolades from the mostly-Christian participants at the parade.

The rally ended at the Menachem Begin Heritage Center, where Rabbi Yehudah Glick, founder of the Temple Mount Heritage Foundation, addressed the assembled. Glick is a leading advocate for religious freedom on the Temple Mount and recipient of the 2015 Moskowitz Prize for Zionism.

“It is a wonderful Godly breakthrough that more and more non-Jews are understanding the urgent need to get involved and to stand up on behalf of the Temple Mount,” Glick told Breaking Israel News following the event.

(Dig into the Wall Ezekiel and see the abominations they do there…Ezek 8. RP)

John Enarson, Lars’ son and co-founder of the movement, told Breaking Israel News that the deteriorating situation surrounding the Temple Mount is really a “battle for truth.”

“This is really a battle for truth. Especially in Jerusalem, the truth is getting turned on its head. There are so many lies taking over the world that we need to guard the truth,” Enarson explained to Breaking Israel News. “To say one man’s terrorist is another man’s freedom fighter just isn’t true. The nations are looking to Israel for righteousness, truth and objectivity. We need Israel to be the light and we can see the light coming forth from Zion, from the people and even from the government.”

Matthew 23King James Version (KJV)

23 Then spake Jesus to the multitude, and to his disciples,

Saying The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat:

All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not.

For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay them on men’s shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers.

But all their works they do for to be seen of men: they make broad their phylacteries, and enlarge the borders of their garments,

And love the uppermost rooms at feasts, and the chief seats in the synagogues,

And greetings in the markets, and to be called of men, Rabbi, Rabbi.

8 But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren.

And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.

10 Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ.

11 But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant.

12 And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted.

13 But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.

14 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye devour widows’ houses, and for a pretence make long prayer: therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation.

15 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves.

16 Woe unto you, ye blind guides, which say, Whosoever shall swear by the temple, it is nothing; but whosoever shall swear by the gold of the temple, he is a debtor!

17 Ye fools and blind: for whether is greater, the gold, or the temple that sanctifieth the gold?

18 And, Whosoever shall swear by the altar, it is nothing; but whosoever sweareth by the gift that is upon it, he is guilty.

19 Ye fools and blind: for whether is greater, the gift, or the altar that sanctifieth the gift?

20 Whoso therefore shall swear by the altar, sweareth by it, and by all things thereon.

21 And whoso shall swear by the temple, sweareth by it, and by him that dwelleth therein.

22 And he that shall swear by heaven, sweareth by the throne of God, and by him that sitteth thereon.

23 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.

24 Ye blind guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel.

25 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess.

26 Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also.

27 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men’s bones, and of all uncleanness.

28 Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity.

29 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because ye build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchres of the righteous,

30 And say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets.

31 Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets.

32 Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers.

3Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?

34 Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city:

35 That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar.

36 Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation.

37 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!

38 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.

39 For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.

  1. Let these Cry For Zion people get on with their activities. They are deluded, though they may not presently be aware of it. The Temple Mount, along with the Wailing Wall, are no more holy than a Las Vegas casino. Reason? The area itself has never been part of the former Jews’ temple, despite superficial appearances. The non-partisan, non-denominational biblical scholar Ernest Martin (whom I knew personally) brought out his “The Temples That Jerusalem Forgot”, and showed incontrovertibly that the sacred Temple of God was sited a good quarter-mile south of the Dome of the Rock and Al Aqsa mosque. In total contradistinction, the present Temple Mount and Wailing Wall are the vestiges of the heathen Roman military fort of Antonia. Further, the true Temple could never have been placed there in any case: the divine prescription included such details as placing it over the fresh water Gihon Spring, which still exists and is south of the Temple Mount. Deluded Christians, wake up and get struck into serious research, and stop gullibly soaking up the Zionist pitch so many preachers are spoon-feeding you! Start with Martin’s book, which can be obtained from

  2. Actually David, It does not matter where the jews want a temple, they could wail for it on Mount Everest for the difference it would make, which is none. For……

The Revelation of Jesus Christ 21:22
22 And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.

    In zion? No sir…….

17 For ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears.

18 For ye are not come unto the mount that might be touched, and that burned with fire, nor unto blackness, and darkness, and tempest,

19 And the sound of a trumpet, and the voice of words; which voice they that heard intreated that the word should not be spoken to them any more:

20 (For they could not endure that which was commanded, And if so much as a beast touch the mountain, it shall be stoned, or thrust through with a dart:

21 And so terrible was the sight, that Moses said, I exceedingly fear and quake:)

22 But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,

23 To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,

24 And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.

But that because they did not believe the Truth in Righteousness, God has sent them a strong delusion so they believe the lie……………………………………………………………………………………………….

  3. 1 Chronicles 17:12-14King James Version (KJV)

12 He shall build me an house, and I will stablish his throne for ever.

13 I will be his father, and he shall be my son: and I will not take my mercy away from him, as I took it from him that was before thee:

14 But I will settle him in mine house and in my kingdom for ever: and his throne shall be established for evermore.

  4. The Temple mount has no meaning whatsoever. In the days of the Old Covenant, the Temple had a temporary meaning; it was the place where God and believer meet each other. Therefore, It was required of the believer to bring his sacrifices to the high priest who after preparing it, sacrificed to the Lord. After finishing His mission here on earth and His death on the cross, the New covenant commenced. So, the Old Covenant (Old Testament), came to an end. As proof of this, God rented the veil of the Temple:

´And behold, the veil of the temple was rented in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent.´ (Matthew 27:51)

Now, from that time, the Temple, nor the Temple Mount, had any religious meaning whatsoever. And the apostle, Paul, says the following:

´God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands; Neither is worshipped with men´s hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things.´ (Acts 17:24~25)

Now, by these two examples alone, it is more than clear that the old Temple nor the Temple Mount has any biblical meaning; it´s all over, passsé. There is, however, one historic example in wich one of the Roman emperors, Julian the Renegade, did an attempt to rebuild the Temple. He never succeeded however because during the activities to rebuild the Temple, strange things occurred as, for example, burning flames from out of the bowels of the earth! The Christians in those days who were horrified by the wicked attempts of Julian and they saw these strange happenings as a divine sign of God, Who thwarted the plans of this emperor. So, the rebuilding of the Temple was never achieved. In concluding the following: many Christians (and I mean those good Christians who are aware of the true biblical facts described above) do believe that the “temple of God” wich is described in 2 Thessalonians 2:4, will be the rebuilt Jewish temple in the future; the Jewish antichrist will enter therein and he will violate it. This, however, is not true: something wich has no any biblical meaning whatsoever, can’t be violated. The true meaning, therefore, must be that the “temple of God” of wich Paul is speaking, is the Christian Church itself! As it is the Church itself wich is the only true (spiritual) Temple of God, only she can be violated. And this, the antichrist will do! And when will he do it? He will violate the true Church when ´only he who now letteth will let until he be taken out of the way´ (2 Thess. 2:7) And Who is the One Who has “let” to this day? Yes, the same One Who thwarted the plans of Julian the Renegade in the distant past: the Lord Jesus Christ. And how will He “be taken out of the way”? By the Christian Zionists themselves; Christ is, of course, the Living Word of God. He is also in a sense, the Bible wich is, as we all know, the Word of God. And by removing the true Word of God out of the Church and the implementation of many silly, foolish and insane Jewish fables, the Christian Zionists have removed the true God out of His own Church. Yes, even when they have still their own Bibles in the Church! The true “temple of God” however, must be purified from the Jewish lies and Jesus Himself must be brought back in His Church as the only sovereign Lord, as its Head. Dear Christians, think of those things!

  5. Ton,

The jews will rebuild their temple of the god they serve. It is not the God of Heaven. Their g-d will inhabit his temple for a short while. Jesus the Only Lamb will stop their filthy animal sacrifice.

Your deviation from the subject is noted, but not accepted.

  6. Ton,

You are somewhat right. However the body is the temple of Christ Jesus, even as you stated. The Temple of God is in the Kingdom of heaven, Christ Jesus, the Lamb, the Image of the invisible God.

However keep in mind the jews do not serve the Father in heaven nor the Temple therein.

So they must build them yet the final temple of flesh doom to place their False Christ as per Daniel and John the Revelator of Christ Jesus.
